Booking Terms & Conditions – Labuan Bajo Trip

1. Reservation & Payment
   A reservation is confirmed after a deposit payment is made. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of departure, as agreed.

2. Deposit Policy
   A minimum deposit of 30%–50% of the total trip cost is required to secure the booking. Deposit amount may vary depending on the selected package.

3. Payment Method
   Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed payment methods. All transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

4. Booking Confirmation
   Once the deposit is received, a booking confirmation and trip details will be sent via WhatsApp or email.

5. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellation 7 days or more before departure: deposit is non-refundable but may be rescheduled (subject to availability).

   • Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: no refund.

   • No-show on departure day: 100% charge applies.

6. Reschedule Policy
   Rescheduling is possible at least 3 days before departure, subject to availability and operational conditions.

7. Weather & Safety Conditions
   The itinerary may be changed or adjusted due to weather, sea conditions, or safety reasons without prior notice.

8. Force Majeure
   We are not responsible for cancellations caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, government regulations, port authority restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Komodo National Park Fees
   Entrance fees, ranger fees, and other official charges are not included unless stated otherwise and are subject to government regulations.

10. Health & Responsibility
    Guests must be in good health condition and are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.

11. Children Policy
    Children are welcome under parental supervision. Special arrangements should be informed in advance.

12. Agreement
    By making a booking and paying the deposit, guests are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all booking terms and conditions.
